Return Policy
At Esther Collective LLC, we prioritize customer satisfaction while maintaining product quality and safety. Below are the guidelines for returns.
No Refunds or Returns
We do not accept refunds or returns for the following products:
Jewelry (all jewelry is final sale)
Bags (all bags are final sale)
Skincare, Haircare, and Herbal Products (due to hygiene and safety)
Exceptions:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging. Upon review and approval, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Return Eligibility (for Clothing only)
Returns for clothing are accepted if the item meets the following criteria:
Unworn, Unused, and Unwashed with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made items, sale/clearance items, and intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments) are final sale and cannot be returned.
